The Lowcountry County Apartment Association (LAA) is a non profit organization dedicated to the local multi-family industry. We represent the housing community of Beaufort County legislatively while promoting quality rental housing. The LAA encompasses individual rental homes, condos, apartment communities, managers, investors and vendors.
